I interviewed several home improvement companies in the northern Virginia area; none matched the knowledge of product information and costs of construction for completely renovating my kitchen. Architectural renditions were exact to specifications;no last-minute changes had to be made. “My wife and I selected Michael Nash from among five separate bids for a considerable renovation and expansion of our home. Michael Nash was the second lowest bidder, but our confidence in Sonny Nazemin’s eye for design and considerable number of award-winning designs was crucial in our initial selection. We have a grand house in Reston built in the late 1960s. It has solid bones but really needed a whole house renovation. We also needed more space to house our extended family. Our project consisted of a new two-car garage, siding, roofing and a totally new floor consisting of a master suite and bathroom. From the start of the project I was impressed with the one price upfront to complete the project. Sonny navigated our plans through the difficult process of approval by our local Design Review Board. His personal attention and negotiation with the board led to the rapid approval of our project. Follow on work for our front porch and driveway was reasonably priced. When we requested a re-design of the ceilings for the master suite, Sonny spared no expense hiring several architects to arrive at the design we desired. His vision throughout the project ensured its success. ******************* EXTRA FOLLOW-ON WORK COMPLETED jANUARY 25, 2014 *********************** We gave Michael Nash extra follow-on work with our kitchen because we were so pleased with how our Master Suite and other work turned out. We told Sonny that we had a limited budget but wanted to get as much of the kitchen done as possible. He suggested that we keep our old cabinets and redo everything else. Sonny has a great eye for design and suggested that we take out some cabinets to open up the room. He helped us with color choices that made the kitchen modern and bright. They replaced the oven, the hood, the induction cooktop, the counter, the floor, the sink, repaired and replaced doors, painted the room and put in a new lighting system with ten canned lights. Michael Nash kept to a timetable except for the hood at the end, which was really unavoidable. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and recommend Michael Nash to our neighbors and friends.”

“Finesse was amazing! They remodeled our kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, installed a new HVAC, all new internal doors, some new windows, blew out a wall and put in new French doors, moved our washer/dryer upstairs and built new closets and storage space. We had multiple rooms that were stripped down to the studs and the floor and tile was replaced We have two children under the age of 4 and lived in the house with them and our dog through the whole thing and they made it possible. The people who work with them are amazing! They came early, stayed late and often worked on weekends. Elizabeth has great taste and worked with our taste and our budget to get what we wanted. Finesse stayed within budget and timeline even though we added items! We still have some things we'd like to do and hope to work with Finesse in the future!”

“The Model Home Look remodeled our 5x11 hall bath. The project included the removal of all the existing fixtures and tile, replumbing the toilet to accommodate a larger vanity, replacement of the existing window, new lighting, and exhaust fan. We were very happy with the result. Mike Ford the company president and his crew did a terrific job. “Bullseye Wood Specialties did an absolutely fantastic job on our whole kitchen remodel. We love our new kitchen, and the work was actually completed a day early, on budget and with a minimum of disruption. When we walked into the completed kitchen, it was one "wow" moment after another. The natural cherry cabinets that Bullseye made are gorgeous as well as very functional, the granite they helped me select is stunning, as is the backsplash. During the design process they made excellent use of space, giving me a slide-in spice rack next to the fridge and a wine cubby on the other side. The use of space was so well designed that I swear it takes half the time to make a meal. The staff is very detail-oriented and went above and beyond to make the remodel go as smoothly as possible, which it did. The subcontractors also were very thorough, conscientiousness and punctual. I thought we'd be happy with the remodel, but even then it surpassed our expectations. I would totally recommend Bullseye to anyone interested in remodeling their kitchen. **********”
