“If you’re looking for a very personable and enjoyable design process for your next home, look no further. After moving from out of state, we had purchased a view lot in a newly developed gated community and driving through one weekend, we stopped and talked to a neighbor who was working in their yard about their beautiful home and they recommended that we call the designer and gave us the number to Summit Ridge. We had talked to two others designers beforehand but after meeting with all three, there was no question who we wanted to work with and we couldn't be happier. The design of our home not only fits our new northwest lifestyle but its entire design was created around us. Each room was carefully planned out and is a reflection of our lifestyle. Highly recommended.”

“I can't begin to express all the ways in which Holbrook Interior Design has supported me, my business, and my home interiors. Design setup for my homes (3) and business, branding for business, rebranding fir business years later, and a location move for my business, are all examples of times I have called on Holbrook for support with everything from color, brand, remodel design, furniture layout, plant display, walls (murals, decals, wall hangings), website, patient forms, mood boards, logos, and so much more! There just seems to be no limit to what this team can achieve. Additionally, the feedback I received from friends, family and patients was constant and glowing. We were always ahead of the trends and right on for the spaces. I literally felt like it was the best business decision I could have made, calling on support to make my space and all the other elements of my business and home consistent throughout the experiences. “Northalnd Design and Build made our home remodel a great experience. Gina, the designer, quickly grasped our vision and directed our search, making it fun and productive. She showed excellent ability to take our vision and turn it into something even better. She was very receptive to our ideas and "monkey wrenches." We had just the right amount of control over decisions to not be overwhelmed and to have an end result that was truly ours. Rod, the contractor, took everything we threw at him and made it work. They finished on time, to the day. There were no surprises along the way. Any issues that we identified were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. The workmanship is top notch. The subs were professional and did an excellent quality of work. Our herringbone back splash is the "star" that everyone compliments. The whole team at Northland Design and Build is fantastic and we could not have asked for a better, more trustworthy group to remodel our home.”

“Chris has unusual talent for developing great designs. Our remodel won the best remodel in class in a recent contest in the Portland area. Everyone loves our house. We started with a typical chopped up ranch style home with small rooms which he combinied into two large rooms with defined spaces that work for two or twenty people.”

“Pat did a fantastic job of designing a bump-out for my basement remodel to accommodate the new stairs I had to put in to meet code (very old house). I could not visualize what was going to be done to that part of my home and overall remodel until she walked me through the design, and then ---boom, it hit me! Light, windows, beautiful space utilization and best of all ---it looks like it has always been a part of the house ---does not look like a add-on at all. She was wonderful to work with, listened to what I wanted, and then provided a design to exceed what I thought I could have. She provided great drawings for the contractor and was just really good to work with. I have recommended her to many people and just can't say enough good things about her work and abilities!”

“Brooke is the best! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Brooke Probst Interiors on a remote project for our rental property in Brooklyn, NY. Given our busy schedule, we opted for a Zoom-based collaboration, which turned out to be both convenient and effective. Our project involved a complete renovation and gutting of the bathroom in our 1890's Brooklyn townhouse. Our primary goal was to create a bathroom that would be renter-friendly while maintaining an authentic feel in line with the home's historical period. What we particularly appreciated was the creative process and the array of options that Brooke presented while staying within our budget. With Brooke's expertise and incredible sense of possibility, our vision was brilliantly brought to life! We highly recommend hiring Brooke for all your interior design needs. “Ely was excellent in eveything he does. He is very prompt and we loved working with him every step of the way. He came up with a great studio design for our 2nd location. He quickly drafted three different proposal after taking detailed measurements of the place. All designs were amazing. Once we finalize on the deisgn, he quickly put our permit application in with City of Portland for approval. The process was very efficient. He handled all steps of the process very professionally. We highly recommend working with him.”
