“I called John Pannell at CertaPro in Andover to do a small job, painting several pipes and electrical boxes on our house prior to a soon-to-be done complete vinyl siding job to be done. Even though it was a small job, John provided a painter to do the job and quickly (which I needed). After the job was done, I realized one pipe running the whole height of the house was not painted on the underside. John immediately got the painter to return a few days later so it could be done before the siding crew arrived. All through the process, John replied quickly and followed up to be sure we were happy. If he responded this way in a small job, my husband and I would absolutely contact him for any future big painting jobs. CertaPro, Andover (specifically John and Kathryn Pannell, owners) provide excellent customer service.”

“Recommendation for Osgood Companies – The Best! I recommend the Osgood Companies for the excellence of the paint job that they recently completed for my residence, which is a large antique (1755 – 1760) on a prominent corner in Salem adjacent to the historic district. Patrick Osgood’s team led by Paul were exceptionally helpful, professional and punctual, as well as alert to issues that would need extra attention. Patrick was outstanding to deal with throughout and determined to assist with just the right color. If I have more home painting to do in the future (exterior or interior) I hope that he and his team will be available to do it. Thanks to them, my building is carrying its 257 years with grace and charm looking proudly to the future.”

“Matt and his team were outstanding every step of the way! They went over and above at every turn between our request to match some handrails to island stains, working around our presence based upon my wife being pregnant to be sure the rooms she needed access to were done first, etc. The whole crew was extremely friendly, prompt, courteous and professional. “Professional, polite, and punctual... quality of workmanship is outstanding. When I locked in and signed a contract, my start date was over a month away. I was shocked when they actually showed up on that day. These guys have clearly been doing this for a long time. They have enough equipment to have a ladder stationed at every position they'll need one... no time is wasted moving things around. And with skill, comes efficiency. I happen to be home when a door with 15-panes and external grilles was done. When you can free hand detail work with one pass making no mistakes... huge time saver. They're simply very good and what they do. I'm very pleased and would definitely hire Amazing Painting Company again.”

“This company kept appointments and met deadlines. Followed direction and were very neat and respectful. They were trustworthy and did not need to be supervised by me. The job was a 2 story cathedral ceiling upstairs bedroom ceiling that had had leak damage. Painting the dining too and living room careful detail with trim work. “I hired CertaPro to paint the entire outside of my house, including the siding and trim, and also to perform some carpentry that was needed before the painting could be done, such as replacing some rotting trim. All the work was done properly, and I found them very eager to ensure that I was happy with the work. After the first round, we went through the job and I pointed out a few areas that needed more work (such as one piece of trim that I thought was in bad shape and should have been replaced, some areas that had been missed, etc.), Everything was promptly taken care of, including replacing the trim. Their price was quite reasonable - significantly lower then the other quote I got.”

“Promark did an excellent job! The house looks great and everyone that comes to see it can't believe how much better it looks. Tom and Mike are very professional and they have excellent workers who were punctual and cleaned everyday after they were finished. This job was tough because of the skimming and sanding work that needed to be done (trim was stained not painted so a lot of sanding and prep work needed to be done). As I live out of town, we communicated on a regular basis and Tom and Mike were very honest in their assessment of the time the project would take and they met that timeline! After I got back in town, they came out and we went over the work and they touched up any and all items that I asked for. Great company and highly recommend them.”
