“West Coast Painting was one of the sub-contractors Involved in building my new house. They were professional and very efficient and the owner Frank Aleman is very hands on an has a great personality. He went on to do a few extra jobs for us after the house was finished and we found him very easy to work with and eager to please. He has a great eye for detail and is a perfectionist. The results always exceeded our expectations. His company provides a variety of services besides painting and if he can't get it done he knows someone who can and who is as good as he is.”

“Authentic Maintenance gets 5 stars plus from myself and all the 42 residents of Regal of Manor Lakes in Imperial Golf Course for the outstanding job they did in our garages after being flooded by Hurricane Ian! From sheetrock, painting and wood moulding the work performed was outstanding! The work force was very professional and was always there to answer any questions the owners had! They completed the extensive job on a timely bases. The Sales and Marketing officer Matt was often on sight. His own knowledge of the business and how to address everything needed was so appreciated. We have also contracted Authenic Maintenance to install 38 back entrance garage doors along with granite coating the garage floors. They will also be installing rain spouts. “We bought a house in Hideaway on Marco Island which ended up needing just about everything (roof, floors, walls, stairs, windows, doors, even electrical) either replaced or refurbished. Walls were cut, patched, torn apart, removed, or made. It was a mess. And by the time we were ready to paint, we were pretty tired of dealing with contractors. Recommended by our contractor Ace had the job of painting our house inside, and ended up painting it outside as well. Not only do they know their trade, but they are also the nicest, the easiest, and the best contractors I have ever worked with! They "fixed", filled, primed and painted everything! When they say they are going to do something, they do it 110%. (If they see something which needs fixing, they fix it; even if it isn't their job to do so.) From experience, we can say with confidence... If you hire Ace Painting, the job will be done correctly and on time. It was such a pleasure to work with Shawn and his brother Nathan.
