“Tom and Alex repainted the exterior of our home in February 2020 and I would highly recommend them. Both were very responsive to my questions and our price was very reasonable. They did a professional job, repairing some rotten wood and cracking in our stucco fencing before painting and worked quickly. “Leach Painting painted the exterior of my two-story house and did a great job. The extimate was the lowest of 3 bids I got and Mike was the only bidder that pointed out some separation problems from a previous window replacement job that needed to be addressed before painting. They priced out option for standard versus higher quality paint. (I opted for the higher quality) And charged a little more to paint the garage doors a contrasting color. But that was okay because they were fairly priced, still the lowest bid, and did a great job. Two years later the paint is not fading -- it looks great which tells me they applied it with correct coverage and selected appropriate paint brand. Their color matching was good for HOA purposes (because they used a different paint supplier from the pre-approved colors). Everyone was professional, respectful and competent. I really like Mike and this company.”
