“Absolutely excellent work and a great experience from our first contact with them until the job was completed. The estimator was punctual, professional, efficient, thoroughly explained the rest of the process and left us with a detailed, written proposal. We chose to use CertaPro due to the fairness of the price (they were the lowest of multiple proposals), their availability to complete the work in a timely manner, and the professionalism of the estimator and the written proposal. Their warranty, financing options and reputation sealed the deal for us. The final price matched the initial estimate to the penny! From the moment we gave them our business the office staff was very helpful in terms of scheduling and following up with us re: HOA approval status appropriately prior to our scheduled start date. Web-based tools were very helpful when it came to color selection. The work crew did a great job... showed up on time, were professional, kind, courteous, respectful of our property, cleaned up the job site at the end of every day, and most importantly performed high-quality work. Work performed included prep work (power wash and minor carpentry fixes) and external painting of the house including the deck.
