“I hired CertaPro to paint my living room and master suite. They did a quality job on both, but it was the customer service and professionalism that was most impressive. CertaPro recommended two coats for the best coverage on my project. I thought I could get away with one. Once the painters had finished, I could see that they were right. The Paint job was immaculate, but the walls had't been painted in years and I was trying to cover a darker color. I did need two coats. I was embarrassed to admit I'd been wrong and ask them for a second coat after all. I shoudn't have been. They were very understanding and wanted me to be happy with the job. CertaPro was GREAT. They went out and bought more paint and finished the second coat that day. I was beyond impressed and so very grateful that to find that the customer service still comes first with some businesses. “They did such a great job. The initial color we picked out did not mesh well with the furniture in our home, so the painters stopped and made repairs while the owners sent in an interior designer to help pick out a new color. It turned out GREAT! I couldn't believe they sent in the designer for free! We got updates every day and did a walk through at the end of the week to make sure we were happy. They even put all of our furniture back and cleaned before the job was done. I would highly recommend them.”

I hired Chateau De Faux to paint my kitchen cabinets, butler's pantry cabinets, and the built-in cabinets in my home office. Mark Williams did an amazing job! He was extremely professional, and I was comfortable having him in my home. He worked extremely hard, and even suggested a color for my office cabinets that matched my 'personality'! He also suggested adding bead board to the back of some of the open shelves, giving them a charming look. I have recommended him to several people already.”
