“Amazing company! As this was the first painting company we had ever dealt with, we exercised due diligence in research prior to calling for an estimate. I was specifically looking for a local company, one with experience, excellent rating with Better Business Bureau (S & S Painting has an A+), and one who would be totally up-front with all charges for products and labor. The S & S Painting company had an excellent website which answered most questions we had. We made the initial appointment with the intent of calling at least three companies for an estimate; one visit with Stacey Sears and that changed our original plan! Stacey was open, honest, detail oriented, and was familiar with all the issues our job entailed. That in itself was quite a list, as there were some major issues with both walls and ceilings, as well as some issues that needed addressing we hadn't noticed prior. Stacey also gave us the background and expertise of each of the individual ladies on her team (there are four), explained their work hours and policies. We then received via email a detailed proposal broken down by room, what needed to be done and products needed to complete the job. This offered us the opportunity to pick/choose services needed or wanted to be competed and the opportunity to see the cost up-front should we decide we'd like to do a portion ourselves. Upon receipt of our signed proposal, Stacey contacted us with a date/time to begin the work and, based on her suggestions, had everything ready for them to begin. The ladies were courteous, professional in every way, and an absolute joy to have in the house! Work was completed exactly as stated, both in satisfaction of work completed, as well in a timely manner. We were given multiple opportunities to inspect all areas, which included walls, ceilings and some woodwork in sunroom, kitchen, living room, front foyer, stairwell and upstairs foyer. Not only are we extremely happy with the results, both my husband and I have recommended S & S Painting to others and will continue to do so!”

“Lemus Contracting expertly handled a very complex home renovation project following water damage. The project involved painting, drywall repair, cabinetry, replacing doors, installing a copper farmhouse sink and faucet, replacing a tile backsplash, replacing wood flooring, recarpeting the basement, and a number of other elements. Alex and his team went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied every step of the way and I cannot be more thrilled with the results. I was especially impressed with how they could take my ambitious design ideas and make the a reality within my budget. For example, the copper farmhouse sink I had selected didn't quite work with the existing cabinet doors, so Alex very cleverly crafted a solution out of the cabinets so that I wouldn't have to spend a small fortune on new ones. His solution was genius! He also very professionally handled the issues that come up in projects like this such as when the faucet arrived damaged and had to replaced by the manufacturer. I really appreciated the knowledge and expertise these guys bring to the table and also their flexibility in working with me and my crazy Pinterest-driven ideas. The quality of Lemus Contractings' work is top notch and everyone on the team was a pleasure to have working in my home. I look forward to having them back to make other improvements soon.”

“Mr. Harrell is a consummate professional. The project required the replacement and repair of drywall and painting throughout an occupied residence and was projected to take 4 to 6 days to complete. Mr. Harrell arranged his schedule to meet our deadline and worked with us to stay within our budget. He tackled a couple of unique drywall issues around a fireplace and within the main living area ( walls and ceiling ) with great skill and expertise.
