“We have called on Cornerstone Remodeling over the last 13 years to do many renovation projects for us in two different homes. They have ranged from two kitchen and two full bathroom remodels, hardwood, luxury vinyl flooring and carpet installation, fireplace refacing, painting, composite deck building, garage insulation and drywalling and full lower level finishing including bedroom, bath and family room. Ken and John Dachs are excellent craftsmen and very easy to work with. They make very good suggestions to solve unique challenges that have come up during the remodeling processes and were with us every step of the way during our various projects. We always felt very comfortable that things would be completed in excellent fashion at an economical cost. Besides having confidence with the work done in our homes, we like and are comfortable with them on a personal level, which is equally important. We feel confident in the Dachs’ work and have referred many others to them, which I think is the highest praise we can give to Cornerstone Remodeling!”

“After 21 years dreaming of a kitchen remodel in our 1904 home (where we were married, on the front porch), we finally decided to do it. A friend recommended DE Contracting - they were working on a kitchen remodel for her, so we could see how things were going. My friend said she had never worked with a contractor who was so organized. She was right about that, and so much more. The crew was hard-working and just plain nice, the scheduling was seamless, and despite a few unexpected bumps in the road (there always are, especially with a 1904 home) our remodel was right on schedule and we absolutely love the result. The kitchen is simply a joy. My only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner! Dan Ebbert & his DE Contracting are the best. We highly recommend them.”

“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

“Brian was very patient with us in explaining various choices and costs for our bathroom remodel. We have a very old home (100 years +) and had some justifiable anxiety about knocking out walls, etc. The project came in on budget and we love the bathroom. Most importantly, Brian and his staff were very pleasant, transparent and easy to work with”
