“After an agonizing year with the wrong pool builder, who took a lot of my money and abandoned my project and several other client's pools as well, I realize how important having the right company and person in charge can be not only to finish your project and maintain your sanity. I waited for over a year to have my pool completed by my original builder who took a lot of money and left me with a concrete shell and a backyard in ruins. Therefore, I had unfortunately become very untrusting of pool builders since finding out there is very little regulation over them and almost no recourse if they are unethical. They have worked tirelessly to get my pool up and running for us to enjoy by the Spring. They have kept me aware of the daily progress and gave me a schedule where I can always stay informed. This is the complete opposite of what I was accustomed to when my original pool builder would not show up for weeks when the weather was beautiful. He has definitely not left out any facet of fun for a perfect backyard for my family.
