“The Integrity Team did a great job on our windows!! They kept us informed throughout the process, and we were very impressed with the installation team. They found some extra wood rot, and had to take a couple of extra steps. They showed us what was wrong, what their plan to resolve the issue was, and then allowed us to inspect their work prior to installing the windows. The only part of the project that took longer, or didn't go as expected was the amount of time the manufacturer took to produce the windows. We are looking forward to getting the rest of our windows replaced by Integrity.”
