“We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”

“Was speaking with a freind about a possible bathroom renovation (tiles, plumbing, plastering etc.) and he introduced me to Dan from Forever Builders. We discussed quotes other companies had provided for us, however I was still skeptical. He provided me with an extremely reasonable quote BUT ALSO guaranteed 24/7 contact with him incase I had any questions at all hours of the day. He and his team were amazing. Kind, freindky, but most importantly efficient. Since then (October 2018) i have recommended them to many freinds. Thank you guys!”

“After meeting with a few different architects, we hired Buffett Design for our whole house remodel. Tyler is friendly, real, and was very understanding in regards to our constantly changing ideas. When it was difficult for us to visualize the space based on the 2D sketches, he created a 3D walkthrough experience on the computer for us. This was so helpful for us to "walk through" the new space before construction even started!”

“I was introduced to this website through a quick Google search to remodel my kitchen. They have a unique platform that saved me a lot of time. I received the estimate based on my needs extremely fast without annoying salespeople stepping into my home. I started the remodeling shortly after a quick conversation with their local team. I loved the idea that I could pick and choose most of the materials directly on the platform and see what the kitchen would look like. The kitchen came out super nice and, more importantly, exactly how we designed it on the platform. The initial estimate was relatively accurate and made my life much easier. I would highly recommend the service.”

“I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. If an opportunity arises, I would hire them again. -RD, Rancho Bernardo, San Diego”

“The Kitchen Barn staff was awesome to work with on my kitchen remodel done in April of 2015! From Design to Installation, I found them to be very professional. Their designer Mark works with you to find out your needs and tailors it to what you want, while Matt and his crew get the job done. They were great in calling with scheduling and showing up promptly when they said they would. If there were any delays, I was contacted immediately and given what new time they could be there. Dave worked on site and made sure the job site was cleaned up daily. The staff was friendly and fun to work with. The pricing was extremely reasonable and the quality of the workmanship was great! I have no hesitation in recommending them for any kitchen or bathroom job you need.Candy Mittag”
