“Ashley and her team took on our neglected basement and transformed it into a beautiful game room where we can display LEGO sets, play games, and relax with friends. She even made my dream of a TARDIS door come true. From the start, Ashley impressed me with her creativity, technical knowledge, and honesty. She began with a walkthrough, created a schematic, then developed a detailed mock-up listing every material, finish, and fixture. We reviewed it all together and fine-tuned it until it matched our vision perfectly. Work included new floors, walls, ceilings with recessed lighting, doors, a completely rebuilt bathroom, hidden access for the electrical panel, and a neatly framed portal with a small door to reach the crawl space. The space feels bright, functional, and completely new. Partway through the remodel, a tree fell on our garage. Ashley didn’t miss a beat. She called an inspector, coordinated with our insurance company, and had the roof repaired in less than a week. It was incredibly helpful, and we barely had to handle anything ourselves.
