Then 8Fold Contracting came and were able to masterfully work around the mistakes the concrete guys made and built a beautiful garage addition that looks original to the house. I am very particular with how I want things done and Chris and his crew did a fantastic job! My wife and I are so pleased with the job that they did that we have recently contacted them to discuss another renovation project we are hoping they can help us with. Our only regret is not knowing about 8Fold Contracting in time to hire them to do the entire garage addition. We would highly recommend 8fold for any project you may have.”

It has been interesting to see Phil's design take shape. We have made very few adjustments to the actual design. In our numerous discussions of how to place the house, Phil has done a great job. We will have incredible amounts of sunlight flowing through the main living areas of the house during the day-ESPECIALLY during the winter months. At night, the bedrooms will be nicely sheltered by the winds that at times blow very briskly across the property. Great Job! These are the fine details that Phil was able to capture for us, which we didn't even think about. I know that Phil had told us about the ceiling details during the design stage and for a non artistic person it was difficult for me to envision. Having seen it framed and how it fits with the arches through the hallway, and how at the end of the hallway, it is framed by a window that offers an incredible view, I have to say- I am truly impressed by Phil's attention to details. Thnx Phil! We worked with Phil recently. Phil was able to effectively listen to our needs/wishes and put our ideas into a design that we are very happy with. In terms of time, Phil and Matt were readily available for help and advice, often outside of "normal" work hours. They were willing to help in providing us with information about other trades that will help us achieve our goals. We have also shown the design to several builders for planning and logistics purposes and the general feedback has been that the design is coherent and well thought out. We will certainly call on Phil and Mat to do future work. It was a fabulous work relationship and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks Guys!
