“After raising our family in a traditional four-bedroom two-story home, my wife and I wanted to downsize into a ranch home in our same neighborhood. The home we purchased was a 1970’s era three-bedroom ranch with “good bones,” but badly in need of updating. We brought Jeremy in from the Onward Design Collaborative even before we closed on the purchase to share our ideas and get his input. In short Jeremy incorporated all the items on our “wish list” in his design, opening up the living area, adding master suite with a walk-in closet and transforming a sunroom from an added-on porch. His detailed drawings were accurate, and he worked well with our general contractor. The results were fantastic and on-budget. We love our completely remodeled ranch “forever” home. “Adam came to us highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. We reviewed Adam’s website which showed an excellent sense of design. During our initial meeting, Adam listened to our ideas and asked questions about what was important to us. Adam provided a comprehensive list of questions in order to understand our vision and needs. During the schematic design process, we were provided with plans that faithfully accommodated these needs and desires. At the end of the process, we received detailed construction documents, which were aided by Adam’s 3D renderings, resulting in accurate building estimates. During construction Adam successfully addressed various issues and problems arising from either unforeseen circumstances or contractor errors. We feel Adam has continually protected our interests, and ensured that the constructor made no changes without our approval and has been an advocate against attempts by the contractor to add on additional fees. Adam is passionate about architecture. He has been involved in every aspect of the project, while being responsive to our design goals - generously offering thoughtful advice throughout. Overall, our experience has been superb. We strongly recommend Adam and A|O.”

“Greg redesigned my initial concept for our detached two car garage by flipping it 90 degrees to place the roof line towards the street with the gable ends facing my neighbors. This lowered the overall mass appearance of the garage and really made the difference. Greg also extended the roof line over the garage door entry about 30 inches, providing a protected entry and a great space to simply hang out in summer rains with the garage door open. I love it! We get constant compliments on the garage. Greg even assisted me when I needed a hand installing the Tyvek weather guard membrane before the siding was installed. His professionalism was first rate, while his common sense design ethic came through in the final results.”
