“I met Stefanie through a Realtor friend who referred her to me. The first day I met Stefanie I asked her to get a quote on our carpet needs. Within one hour she came back to the project with the samples, I picked out the sample I liked and she had a quote to me within another hour altogether. From there on the project went smoothly Stephanie provided the design and staging. From the day we listed the property for sale, until I was in the lawyers office collecting my cheque, it was a grand total of 13 days. It is all in how you present the property to potential buyers. We set a new sales price per sqft for the neighbourhood. The Design Chick knows her stuff!!! I will be working with Stephanie again and again. It was a complete interior renovation, approximately 2,800 sq ft Every room was taken down to the studs and rebuilt. The result is an open, modern space that I totally love.”

“Carlina assisted me with the redesign of my kitchen and ensuite bath along with selecting new carpet and paint colors throughout the house. She worked with me on the kitchen design/layout, including cabinet design and placement, colors, selection of materials, along with the plumbing, light and other fixtures. She worked with me to develop what I was looking for despite the fact that my ideas were all very general in nature and she was able to refine them into the final product. Carlina has a very good sense of space and light and an excellent eye for colours and textures. In addition to the foregoing she always provided me options for consideration as well as price comparisons so I would have a good idea of the financial commitment that I would be making and took care of ordering all cabinetry, stone, tile and fixtures. She also coordinated all installations within the contractor and as i was out of town during the renovation, kept me apprised of the status of the project including work in progress photos. In short, the services she provided were excellent.”

“Love it or list it? Renovate or relocate? It took us at least 5 years, show home after show home…but in the end, it was Kimberly that help us feel like we could achieved what we were look for all this time. She let us take our time, let us bounce ideas off her, and most importantly she listened. Once we got ‘serious’ she was there every step of the way. From helping us hone in on what we liked, and making sections that fit within our budget. I think she enjoyed the process as much as we did. Once the design had been signed off, she walked us though the endless picking of materials and managed every detail. I was surprised how easily she nailed it. From the cabinets to the counters, she knew exactly what we were after. During construction, she was there daily with a gigantic coffee in hand and a huge smile on her face. Like a kid on Christmas morning, it was almost like it was her own kitchen! Now that we are done, with the kitchen of our dream, I secretly miss Kimberly around the house..I’m looking forward to our next project with her!”

“Our first experience was to have our bungalow in Beaumont staged to show off the light and scale of the rooms better than how we were living in it. This involved changing some paint colours, furniture placement and replacing photos and personal art with larger pieces that improved the look of the rooms. We loved the outcome and the fresh look of the 20 year old home. The process included virtually every room in the home ( 4 bedroom, 4 bath) and even the outside deck space and yard. And the house sold for a good price! Apart from design expertise, the sheer amount of time and focus Heather spent understanding our priorities and preferences , and showing us multiple options contributed to the success. Her empathy for our style prompted us to have her help us choose our next home. We then bought a 1770 ft condo in Edmonton with outstanding space, and a view over a ravine park. But the walls in the open living/dining/kitchen were a dramatic green and we were concerned that our furniture would not optimize the space. Heather proposed a complete colour makeover for that area (recently completed), that has made it so much lighter and vibrant. This work included many colour options as well as furniture placement to give a complete look. And there are further phases helping us put our personal stamp on this condo apartment. Heather’s patience as we reviewed all the options, and her careful listening to our opinions made the process an easy one- and we are delighted with the outcome.”

“Ana Cummings at Tinge Interiors renovated our master bedroom and ensuite, as well as a powder room on the main level of our home. Her professionalism stood out from the first meeting. She is experienced in design and demonstrated good knowledge of the various trades involved in renovation. She was patient and diplomatic with not only us her clients, but also with the tradespeople. We certainly appreciated her organization, her promptness for appointments, and her timely responses to e-mails and phone calls. Ana obligingly and creatively addressed our wishes to use family heirlooms of furniture as well as existing furniture pieces. The results were not only emotionally satisfying to us, but stunning in aesthetic appeal. Our friends and family were very impressed upon seeing the transformation of our rooms and pieces of furniture. One of the key points that makes Ana a professional who we can confidently recommend to others is that Ana has a keen sense of style, and she picks up on the overall flow of a home. We have had other designers work on two other levels of our home, and Ana was able to identify the predominant theme, and interpret it in her designated rooms in a upscale, stylish manner. We are very satisfied with the results and find all the rooms that she renovated appealing, practical, comfortable and a pleasure to spend time in. When the need arises, we will hire her again without hesitation.”
