“My experience with Heritage was totally positive. They came out, evaluated my problem, explained what was needed to fix it and provided an estimate. I had a large bump in my sub flooring. They repaired the floor and put down a new wood floor. They were always polite and answered all of my many questions during the process. I knew when they were coming and what work was going to be done. When it was time to pick out the flooring they were patient and allowed me to take time to change my mind before ordering. A contract was signed prior to the work and the cost to me remained the same, even when the problem proved to be more difficult than anticipated. I love my flat beautiful floor and the process was without stress or worry. I would, and have, recommended Dan Harder and Dan Reiger at Heritage Home Works to anyone that wants work done on their home. I hope to use them again in the future for other projects.”

“Wichita Home Works did the repair work on the basement of a house we had recently purchased. The exterior wall was bowing in and water was seeping in from multiple locations. They took care of the structural and moisture issues in a very timely manner. Quality control and communication were top notch. In addition to our primary residence they have done work on a number of our rental properties as well.”

“We had Lifestyles by Lane do a bathroom remodel for us to make it more handicap accessible. This work included widening a doorway, replacing a fiberglass shower with an Onyx shower with a low threshold base with ramp, additional lighting and flooring. We are very pleased with the work of this contractor, and in fact are repeat customers as they did a Timbertech deck remodel for us in 2015.”
