“Sandy did a great job of listening to my husband and my needs, and she designed a great pop top for our Denver Square. There were many hiccups along the way (but what home remodel doesn't have one!) and Sandy went above and beyond in making sure our issues were addressed and fixed. There were many occasions where an issue would arise (foundation wasn't good, we needed more money for framing, etc) and she would provide a solution, and then explain the problem and the solution together. Sometimes the solution had to have more money, but there were occasions where she would figure out how to save us money as well!”

“The architects at TKP have great vision and practical ideas. I had spent months working with another architect to design an addition to our 55-year-old home but nothing clicked. Then Karen Keating looked all through our home, sat down and in a matter of minutes roughly sketched out a plan which included a dining nook, den, office, bath and storage room. I knew we'd found the firm with which we wanted to work. Everyone that we worked with at TKP was respectful of our ideas, and then made them even better. We love our three-year-old, 1000 square foot "new" space. It flows beautifully with the original house.”

“I hired Innate Design to handle both the design portion and the renovation of my basement, to prepare my house for the arrival of my 1st baby and also the fact that I became a full time remote employee. Whenever there was an issue, Trent always stepped in and fixed it promptly and courteously, and always made me feel like the job was going to be finished. The end result is nothing short of spectacular! The basement looks incredible now and it is my favorite part of the house. “Building your dream house can be a scary and intimidating experience. We interviewed several architects and were so glad we did. Carl Shipley designed a beautiful home for us. It fit both the property and our lifestyle like a glove. The process was painless and even though Carl was out of state for much of the construction, he kept a very close eye on the project. We had a small drywall cracking issue after the fact and Carl was quick to diagnose and remedy that issue as well. You really can't go wrong with Shipley Design. Carl would be my pick if I set out to do it again.”
