She is very professional and extremely helpful in putting my ideas down on paper. She understands what the client desires and is able to offer suggestions that fit with their vision of the project. Tracy is also able to communicate well with the different parties involved with a project, from the structural engineer to the builder and everyone in between. “WLCdesign was a tremendous help to us as we redesigned our two bathrooms and kitchen. They patiently worked with us in designing a new layout for all rooms and gave great insights and fresh design ideas for the new look we were after! They went above and beyond our expectations and delivered us a new kitchen that we absolutely love and bathrooms that are reconfigured and designed beautifully. They were so easy to work with and we could tell that it was extremely important to them that we were happy with the design and the process as we moved toward project completion. “Scott was incredibly helpful, he explained a lot to me and gave me advice even after he knew I was not going to use him as an architect, he still took the time to make sure I was on the right track and told me things to ask the architect I was using instead to make sure my project was done right. The only reason I did not go with him was because the architect I originally got a quote from was less expensive because I was tweaking a design they had already created, versus starting from scratch. Otherwise I would have chosen Scott. He is a good person, very helpful and seems like an incredibly knowledgeable architect. I would recommend him for sure.”

“Hired Roost Architecture to design an addition and remodel to our 24 year old home. We had a specific vision and "theme" for the project. Josh was a great listener and converted our ideas to drawings and specs.(while recommending some of his own ideas), that enabled our GC to build exactly what we had in mind. He was very helpful in the bid and GC selection process and helped us through a couple of sticky spots during the project. We are thrilled with the results. Josh answered questions thoughtfully and was responsive to e-mails and phone calls, as needed. We would highly recommend Josh.”

“We have used Claude C. Lapp for architectural plans for updates and additions to our 1931 "Cotswold" cottage three times. He has also done work for other family members and friends. He is very intuitive and maintains the proper period or style of the house while making it functional and aesthetically pleasing. He is very gifted and we wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anyone interested in making their existing home more functional or enjoyable or for drawing plans for a new build.”
