“We hired Andre' to design and do all the architectural work for our new home in Excelsior, MN. After meeting with numerous architects and builders, we decided that Andre' and Kurt Schwartz (Builder) were the best fit for us. After several meetings to discuss our vision we filled out an in depth Master Vision questionnaire and provided Andre' and Kurt our login to houzz.com so they could see what we liked about certain houses, rooms, colors, textures and finishes. When you combine the Master Vision questionnaire along with our houzz.com pictures, you get a pretty good feel for what we wanted in our new home. We think Andre' did an exceptional job of listening to what we wanted and going through all of the information we provided to create a remarkable home that we love! Between Andre' and Kurt Schwartz Builders they really did a great job of taking our vision and making it a reality. We would strongly recommend both Andre' and Kurt to anyone looking to remodel or build their dream home!”

“My husband and I are working with Jon to design our forever home. We are about 90 percent through design development. Jon has been great throughout the process. I really feel like we’re a team and he’s been able to develop our ideas into a home that fulfills all our needs and embodies our values and aesthetics. We want a home that is healthy and functional but not oversized. Jon is very knowledgeable about healthy building materials and was able to design within our principles and I feel we have everything we need and more. The design is efficient and every inch is intentional. I am so happy with our plan so far and highly recommend Jon. He’s professional, creative, and incredibly detail-oriented.”

“We worked with Paul on an addition and complete internal re-do - bigger kitchen, bigger master bedroom. Paul is a good listener, honest, and genuine person. We ended up buying a house and he refunded the unused portion of our "retainer". From the beginning he is comfortable to work with and what he says, he does. I kind of hate to have found a house because I know he'd work wonders.”

He took time to really envision the new spaces and explain the pros and cons of remodeling the existing spaces. “My husband and I were ready to remodel our kitchen. We have a 1.5 story home built in 1954 in the beautiful Como neighborhood. We love our home, but the kitchen didn't fit our lifestyle and was horribly outdated. We were at a charity event and found a silent auction item of time with an architect/designer. We bid and won! Ashley was the architect/designer with whom that we won design time. We e-mailed her pictures, our needs/wishes and initial sketches. Once she has some options, she met us at our home. Sat down at the kitchen table to discuss our options. Ashley was amazing. She hand drew quite a few options after we kept running into issues. She never got frustrated and was willing to think outside the box to find the perfect design for us. It was a pleasure to work with someone as professional, down to earth and creative as Ashley. We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen that fits our family and allows us to entertain our friends and family. Beth”
