Great design, nice materials, excellent, attentive contractor and subcontractors, all great to deal with. I kind of want an option for 4-and-a-half start rating… a couple of mistakes were made with the installation the first time around, though they were understandable results of very slight gaps in communication. They were absolutely and correctly addressed when we brought them up, it just delayed completion and convenient use of the bathroom slightly longer. I'd like to emphasize how much that means to us - occasional mistakes are inevitable but I think it REALLY shows quality with how promptly and professionally they are handled.”
