“Chris Brace is our preferred builder of choice. His work is near perfection and he goes above and beyond to meet our expectations. Chris has completed four individual projects for us in the last two years. Due to a water leak he replaced and upgraded our living room ceiling adding a coffer design. His company even vacuums as they work. Now, who does that? The most recent project required removing door to a sunroom and making it a 12' opening flanked with custom pillars. He extended the coffer ceiling, too!”

“Buffington Homes built our water front home in RiverTowne on the Wando in 2010 and 2011. It was a 10 month project and they did everything they said they were going to do. They gave us a line item budget and allowance and the only 'overages' were what we added or upgraded. The project was scheduled properly, the subs showed up and did their part and cleaned up each day. There was no smoking in the house, which I really appreaciated. Dan stayed on top of the project and if some part was not up to his high standards, he had the subs do it over. We have nothing by high praises for Buffington Homes. Our house is well built with great attention to detail. Dan's knowledge about everything from geo thermal to hurricane windows to lighting rods gave us a comfort level at the beginning of the project that proved to be well placed. Dan never got stressed, he has built so many custom homes and there are always issues that come up. He gathered the facts, discussed the options with us, and moved on with a solution. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being excellent, we give Buffington Homes a 10+. If you are considering a custom builder that builds not a fine home, but a great home, you will be in good hands with Buffington Homes.”

“Undertaking a large renovation project is fraught with stress and anxiety. That is unless you have hired High Tide Construction. The preparation, attention to detail, daily communication with updates, photos and reviews, coupled with a pleasant, intelligent, honest owner (Ali) provided a wonderful experience and beautiful renovation! Ali was here during the entire process with his great group of hard working experienced workers and he made suggestions and improvements throughout. The entire experience from his design to completion was a great one- he finished early and within budget! I wish there was a 10 th star in the rating! We contacted him after we saw a neighbors home he renovated. He is the absolute best and we were so lucky to find him!”

“We have engaged Dolphin to design and build our dream home on Kiawah Island, SC. We are currently half way through construction. So far we are very pleased with the services provided by Dolphin. We worked with Noel over a prolonged design period (our choosing) - she had great patience and constructive input on design for our unusual plot. Dolphin drove the ARB approval process which was ultimately quite painless (we had expected this to be much more difficult). Prior to breaking ground, we started work with Catherine Anne on the endless decisions (everything from kitchen appliances and faucets to hardware and tiling). Catherine Anne made the whole process easy and and kept us on track. Once construction started, the Dolphin team kept us updatd regularly (important as we live in the North East and have only been on site 3-4 times during construction. Overall - so far very happy that we engaged Dolphin - we purposefully chose a design / build company and would highly recommend this experienced team.”

“Robin at RED was incredible to work with as my fiance and I were remodeling the interior of our NYC condo. Robin was able to keep us well informed of the process from start to finish. She made a plan which did not exceed our budget and she stuck to it. She was honest, thoughtful and informed as she took us step by step through the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom renovation and re-design process. Very excited to move into our new home as designed by Robin and look forward to working with her on our next project. Highly recommend.”

“I have worked with Jamison many times over the last 10-years and have learned that he is very organized and detailed. He is accurate with his detailed estimates, so his clients understand exactly what they are getting.
