He took over a difficult situation and applied himself, and we ended up with a beautifully functioning house. We just spent our first christmas there and it works perfectly for us in regards to energy use and practical needs. He is a perfectionist and in my opinion that is a good thing in a contractor. During the build we were not on site and we could trust him thoroughly. His integrity was highly appreciated.”
