“We used the Waire Group to add some finishing touches to our basement. Some of the finishings they completed for us included installing crown moulding and trim work throughout the basement, adding a stone facade and backsplash to our wet bar area, and installing new flooring in the bar area. Charlie and his team were great to work with and easy to talk to about any concerns we had throughout the process. They even worked with us by providing some alternate ideas so that we could accomplish our goals while staying in our budget! They finished the work in a timely manner and we LOVE our basement!”

“Leslie saved my kitchen. She's a great person to hire to come talk to you for a few hours about the possibilities she sees. In my case she knew exactly what wall to remove to completely open up the space while preserving the formal dining room; every other designer had suggested turning it into something not appropriate for the era or house. That said, she also knows how to mix the modern with the traditional, to make new modern things work with older houses. She can work with any builder you choose but her father Dave Noggle Builders did our work and it was outstanding.”

“Randy Shaffer Custom Homes built my Home for me in 2013. I live in Center Grove On a 4 acre lot. He built a 3,000 square foot with 3,000 square foot walk out basement All Brick Custom Ranch for my Family. My Home is Very Modern with a flare of Country (barn doors, and touches of rustic) Randy Shaffer is one of the few Truly Honest Custom Home Builders left that builds with such High Quality. Randy listens and can visualize or can find someone that can visualize what you are trying to accomplish and he gets it done. He meets deadlines, and sticks to budgets and he even gives you flexibility in your budget to either go up or down with your choices of options in your home. In addition to all that, this is completely incredible and unheard of; I can still call Randy today, 3 years later to ask him a question and Randy will answer his phone and try to help me and or fix the problem. In my option the best Custom builder in Indianapolis! You can't go wrong with Randy Shaffer Custom Homes!”

“Designed and built a bunk room of two queen sized bunk beds that included interior lights, storage and charging stations. Phenomenal build quality and design that makes it seem like they were there from the beginning. Overcame challenges with sloping roof line. Very professional, responsive, polite and always cleaned up. The highest of regard for Jason and his team.”

“Chose to downsize with Woodstock Custom Homes after moving from a place that had just become too large after our kids began their own families. Process was simply Outstanding! Bob worked with us on what we believe is a perfect design for our later years and Nick Winings has been excellent at supervision the build, getting the punch list items handled, riding an occasional sub-contractor until completion and making sure we are 100% happy with our home! We are confident that our new home will meet all of our needs for the rest of our time in Indy, however long that might be and we look forward to watching our house grow into becoming a real home for my wife and I! There were excellent to work with!”
