Communication skills are excellent and since this is the fourth house we've either built or remodeled, we should know. The goal of the company is to help you visualize what the house will look like, your options, how it will set on the lot, and what finishes would look best for the type of house you are building and your budget. Everyone connected to the project have been respectful and idea-filled.”

Not only was it amazing to work with one person from the very beginning right through to the end, but Ian's eye for detail resulted in a gorgeous and comfortable home. The project was virtually stress free for us as Ian oversaw every aspect. My husband and I described our dream house to Ian and he came through for us from concept to completion. Ian finished on time and on budget which seemed contrary to what everyone told us when we began the endeavor. “My husband and I hired Chelsea to design the interior spaces and recommend furnishings for the entire interior of our new home. The home is a different style and feel than we had ever lived in before. We have two college-aged kids, and we wanted a grown-up space that was warm and inviting for our guests, but still felt like home to our two kids during their regular visits. Chelsea nailed it in every way. There were many things we enjoyed about working with her, but the top five are: 1. She listened to us, took our feedback and incorporated it into her recommendations without any ego or preconceived ideas of what she wanted. 2. She was organized, prompt, efficient, effective and communicative - for months, we emailed on multiple topics each day. She was NEVER an obstacle - she kept us on our target completion date and kept the project moving. Our project lasted about six months. 3. She established a comprehensive budget at the outset, which we ultimately exceeded just slightly, BUT we did so knowingly and she called out the choices we made as those that were "investments" vs. "good values." We have a combination of both in our new space. 4. She created space for each of our college kids that they LOVE. This was so important to us - they have new and sophisticated grown-up spaces with touches of important mementos from their childhoods thrown in. 5. We are SO COMFORTABLE here. Chelsea always emphasized our new home is a living, functional space first and not a shrine. Her knowledge about products, finishes, fabrics, and combinations of all of those is so comprehensive. She recommended a lovely combination of objects and the result is an amazing space in which we enjoy spending time with our friends and family. I would hire Chelsea again without hesitation and have already recommended her to several close friends. I think anyone that can hire her is lucky to have her!”

“Thoroughly professional. Process was totally transparent from cost breakdowns and change orders, regular onsite meetings, spreadsheet showing timing of all aspects of the work. Finished on time as agreed. Always available for questions, problems or other issues. Came in on budget. All subcontractors were of excellent quality. Even after completion of the job, they have been helpful and responsive to us. They made a stressful process as stress-free as it could possibly be. We had complete confidence in their ability to give us a quality end product. We were extremely pleased.”

“Melissa and Charlie were great to work with. We had two renovation projects completed with them. From the first meeting to completion communication was open and easy. Projects were on time and on budget (one was early and under budget!). Trades were well managed and skilled. Construction space was kept clean and workers were respectful of the fact that we were still living in the home. I highly recommend them.”

“My business is located in an old brick building. In the middle of a roofing project, we had a call from the roofer explaining that they had exposed seriously degraded brick work around the top of the building, and that it was not structurally sound. I called Mike De Palma from Flintstones as I was driving to the office, and his foreman actually beat me there! Understanding that the re-roofing was very time sensitive as the building was exposed to the elements - the Flintstones crew jumped right on it. They got the job done on schedule and on budget. Every interaction with Mike or with one of his crew has been great.”

“Complete bathroom renovation with design consultation. Offered good advice and organized the sub-trades who were all competent and personable. A few scheduling delays occurred but overall was well organized, and I was always well informed throughout the project. They assisted with a separate kitchen and bathroom update, and did many extra tasks to ensure the overall function and aesthetics of the entire project were satisfactory. Really pleasant and professional!”
