“Nathan Murphey was the Project Manager overseeing the construction of our new custom home in Anaqua Springs Ranch completed in 2016. Nathan was professional, and we developed a good working relationship right away. Nathan followed through on his commitments and accommodated our schedule whenever we needed to meet. His attention to detail was extraordinary, and he corrected most issues before we ever noticed them. Nathan is extremely creative, and he was able to provide cost effective solutions to avoid expensive change orders. Nathan maintained a very good and trusting relationship with his sub-contractors, and he was able to get things scheduled on a time. We were very impressed with the quality of construction as well as Nathan’s meticulous attention to detail. We are very pleased with the home and enthusiastically recommend Nathan Murphey to anyone considering construction of a custom home. We were so pleased with Nathan that we only considered Evolutionary Homes as a contractor to build a workshop / detached garage in 2019.”

“Levitas Modern Homes helped us tremendously in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey flooding our home in August of 2017. Jeremy initially helped us with the demo portion of the project to get started drying out the slab and framing. We were so impressed with his knowledge, suggestions and work processes that we contracted him for the entire remodel project. Working through the many constraints present in the Houston area at that time with regard to qualified sub-contractor and materials shortages he still was able to get our home remodel project completed and had us living back in our home by Christmas of that same year. In addition to getting us put back together, Levitas was able to include several upgrades and changes to our kitchen and bathrooms which reflected a more modern and upscale appearance and no doubt added substantial value to our property. All of this was accomplished within the budget afforded by our homeowners insurance. We cannot thank Jeremy and all the staff at Levitas Modern Homes enough for a superb effort and outcome. We would absolutely recommend them for any remodel or new build projects and will use them again ourselves should the need ever arise! “Gregory Thomas designed and oversaw the remodeling of my kitchen, the Corvallis Blue Kitchen as seen in his projects. He listened well and understood what I wanted, helping me refine my ideas and blend them with his. His design changed the kitchen without changing the footprint which shortened the job. Work started and was finished on schedule. While things such as under counters drawers for china storage will allow me to age more gracefully in place, that the new kitchen functions well is topped by the beauty of the space. Photos can be seen in his projects.”

“We spent two years looking for a new home that was well-built, with great finishes. We wanted to downsize without sacrificing quality, but the longer we looked, the more impossible a task it became. Then we drove by a home being built by Carty Custom Builders, called the number on the sign, and ended up buying the home. Throughout the process, Chris and Nate Carty could not have been more accommodating and attentive. Chris’s attention to detail borders on the fanatical, which is exactly what you want from someone who is building your home. Even after we closed, he has continued to stay in touch, making sure we continue to be completely satisfied. When he told us that he's the first person we should call if any issues come up, we believed him—he is true to his word. Nate, who handles the business side, was also a pleasure to deal with—completely up front and clear on every detail. “Over 8 years ago, VD&B did a large remodel of our home to include new kitchen, new bathroom, inside painting, fixtures, flooring, roof, new porch and driveway, etc, etc. We were/remain highly satisfied with the design, work, price, courtesy and time involved. Recently, through lots of use, two heavy custom made cabinets needed to be rehung in the laundry room and dining area. We called VD&B to do the work which they did quickly and completely. We expected to pay for the work. Next, Bryan Smith, CEO, called to say there would be no charge. Our huge satisfaction with VD&B continues!!!”
