“We have hired Terravest on several occasions to do remodeling and renovations for us. They added a bathroom to our basement and walled off a room there. Also did work on the exterior of our home, and helped us reconfigure the kitchen so we could replace a stove. Most recently they replaced an outer double door and outside siding after some moisture damage, repainted the interior. We hired them originally several years ago to do the basement after getting several quotes and considering feedback from former clients. Their work is top notch, but most important, J. Stewart and his team listen to our needs, offer multiple options, and helped us decide on what we need based on our budget and desires. He never tried to over sell us. Several times I have just called him for advice on issues related to our home and he always helps out and even will come over to the house to make suggestions, many times that do not include using his company. He and his team are absolutely top notch - we recommend Terravest to others all the time. We will work with them again.”

We purchased the lot from him and contracted on a custom build job similar to another house he had recently built. Mack and his team are truly experts in their field. They take steps to maintain quality standards that were beyond our level of knowledge--simply because will not put their name on anything that is not of the highest quality. They completed the project on time, on budget and went above and beyond to make the project as painless as possible.”

“I recently completed my new custom home with Troy Moore and his team at Madi Mali Homes, It was a incredible experience. First, Troy and his team are one of the only true custom home builders in the Kansas City Metro area. Do not be fooled by production builders who have "custom homes" in there name they do not offer the complete end to end service that Madi Mali homes offers. Throughout the process from concept, to design, lot choice, through on site problem solving the team at Madi Mali homes were always available to help out. Building a custom home is a great experience and Troy's team made it seamless. They were willing to work with my very exacting standards and apply many of their own. The quality of the construction, level of finishes and the level of involvement I was allowed in the process were incredible.
