“After meeting and interviewing several contractors and designers, we decided to hire My Home Builders & Energy Solutions to perform a major remodeling of our house. We chose Roye because he had a great eye for design and more than that, he was reasonably priced and we felt most comfortable with him. Roye was able to develop a detailed budget to the complete project and a realistic schedule based on the wish list that we defined during the meetings that we had with him. During the meetings with Roye, we came across several issues that could happen in case we implemented several ideas together and Roye pointed us to those problems and he was able to solve them by providing other ideas that compensate ours and in the other hand will prevent the problems during the remodeling. During the work, Roye visited the house on a daily basis and he supervised the actual work with him workers. Roye was very pleasant to talk to, and we saw how he really care about the final product. During the work, there was few subcontractors that worked at the house and also them, were pleasant and we were impressed with the quality of the work they did. The remodeling finished on time and mainly under budget. We want to mention that the remodeling project included the rebuild of the new kitchen, dining room living room, guest bathroom and the master bedroom. The work was completed by a fresh coat of paint with color combination that was selected by Roye and crown molding all around the first floor. Most importantly, our house turned out BEAUTIFUL! We would use Roye and his crew again and would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a remodel.”
