“A R Home Construction was awesome. I was so nervous hiring someone I really didn’t know for such a big job. My first meeting with Tommy put me at ease I was sent a full estimate within 24 hours of meeting him. It was also a pleasure to deal with everybody in the A&R team they were all professional and courteous. The start date and the completion date for the project were right on target not many contractors can say that. I was also very impressed by Tommy‘s attention to detail and style he was instrumental in many of the decisions made on this project when it came to tiles and fixtures not only did he make suggestions but he actually accompanied me to retail stores to help make choices. I can honestly say that my house looks like something out of a showroom I feel A&R has exceeded my expectations in this project.”

“Paul and his crew did an outstanding job with my patio. I Have an old Nassau brick patio that was definitely in need of some attention, and there was also a garden area that was seeping water into my basement. I shopped around and got a few quotes only to have other contractors try and tell me the whole patio would have to be ripped up and new brick put down. My wife and I really wanted to keep the home looking rustic. Paul was able to come in and reuse some of my existing Nassau brick, take care of my water problem and make the patio look original to the house. Paul and his crew were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend him for any masonry job new or old, and his price was right on also. No over charging or unexpected costs.”

“Champion 1 demolished and rebuilt the entire second floor of our home, while we occupied the first floor. We had no water or other damage even though it rained for many days prior to the closing in of the structure. Their Carprenters did an excelent job of framing which passed inspection by my independent engineer with no punch list. The sheetrock and taping crew's work is impecable, and the painters followed. We purchased our own bamboo flooring, which the carpenter installed with ease. We are finalizing and waiting for our Certificate of Occupancy inspection from the NYC DOB, which our architect says will be "No Problem". I highly recomend the owners and crafts people from Champion1.”
