“My roof and siding was done by Amana GC. They did a great job communicating with the insurance company to get our entire project paid for through our home owner policy.. They were also fast... they had 6 guys do our roof in one day and 8 guys did our siding in one 12 hour day. the other quotes I received did little to work with our insurance company and told us it would take 2 weeks with a 2 man crew. I think negotiating with insurance companies is what differentiates them from everyone else. Times are tough and we did not have the extra money to get a new roof and siding. Having someone take care of the negotiations (insurance companies can try to make things so complicated) and not come out of pocket to pay for our new roof and siding is why I rated Amana 5 stars.”

“Jaime Villagram, owner of Construo Construction was prompt and delivered as promised at the original price we agreed on. All work was completed on time and in a professional way. That was my first time using him. The next time was in my home. The dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded the kitchen. The hardwood floors all had to be refinished or replaced. Jaime took over with the insurance adjuster and got the approval to do the job .Job three was a leaking roof on my commercial building That was also done perfectly.”

“Wow! Excellent workmanship. I love seeing a project come together! Its the flawless walls, beautiful floors, fresh tiles, overhead lighting, and of course, the trim and painting which makes the room absolutely POP! The crew is professional and hard working. “I have used Hogan Design and Construction for two different projects in my home and I couldn't be happier with the results of both projects. The first project was to install a sliding glass door in an area where there was just a door and window. It was a large project that required cutting in to the wall of my house. The second project was having them completely demolish and re-do both bathrooms in my house. This was a very large project. The level of professionalism shown on both projects was outstanding. I always knew when workers were scheduled to be working in my house, I always knew what specific work was scheduled, and I always knew whether the project was on schedule or not. I've worked with other contractors and one of the biggest complaints I had with them was that there communication was spotty at best and non-existent at worst. With Hogan Design, I was never in the dark. They were up front and honest with me and most importantly, when they said they were going to do something, they did it. I've found this to be a rare quality amongst contractors. I couldn't be happier with the work completed by Hogan Design and Construction and I will definitely be using them again for any future projects that I have. When you find a good contractor, you hold on to them.”
