“We had a small project of moving a bathroom doorway to an adjacent wall in an already professionally finished space. Like any job, decisions would need to be made along the way which I was involved in. I was impressed by the care Alex and Kyle both took to explain and ensure every detail was done to perfection, never making shortcuts. I look for and appreciate high end quality and when I saw their website and reviewed the customer feedback I knew they were the right contractor. Still though with small jobs, you never know how much commitment and effort a contractor will put in. That was not the case here, the finished work was excellent in every detail down to how they left the site each day and at end of job. To find people that care about their work is a gem. Even my dog was a huge fan and couldn’t get enough of the when they arrived. I have no hesitation in recommending Kowalski Konstruction and in fact will call again for a much larger project in a new home we are planning to build.”

“Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. This is clearly a company that has integrity in their work and cares about their customers needs, something that is difficult to find these days . I will definitely use them for future renovations and recommend them to my friends.”

“Recently we had our bathroom renovations. It included removal of a tub and replace it with walk in glass standing enclosed shower. Also replaced the vanity counter top with a new sink and fixture which was custom made by them. My first contact was Simrat, she was very knowledgeable and knows what she's doing. She understood all my requirements and met my needs. The whole process was very stress free and completed when expected. I would like to acknowledge Simrat and Ron who were responsible for the renovation from start to finish. They were friendly, approachable and extremely hard working. I didn't need to pick the bathroom light fixtures and faucets myself as their taste is very elegant and affordable. Every detail was took care of. Thank you Simrat and Ron, I am very impressed and pleased with the results and would certainly use Mallard Homes INC. in the future. Already hired them for my ensuite bathroom renovation and kitchen. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.”

“Frank completed an extensive basement design and renovation for us. Our home is older and with the reno, Frank tackled several challenges, including unexpected ones, professionally and to our best advantage. He took our walls down to the studs and made our basement a useful and beautiful space - just what we wanted and more! He is completely transparent with costs and pricing and we trusted him in our home. He also hires competent and certified people to assist as needed. “Northgate Construction has two partners/owners, Mike and Tellen. They recently did all the construction work for our new kitchen install. They have the highest level of skilled workmanship we have ever seen. They tell you the day before what time they will be there, and they are there at that time! They give you a very detailed and itemized quote. As with any project sometimes things come up that are surprises to both the homeowner and contractor. They worked with us to try and find a cost effective solution to our problem. They are very, very good at their jobs. They know how to do many many things and are excellent at all of them. They have professional associates as well available if need be. Here is an example of their quality of workmanship. The ceiling had new pot lights added and they mudded and sanded the ceiling. Before painting they didn't like the finish, and redid the areas they were concerned about, creating a flawless ceiling in the process! We never even noticed (and we are very fussy clients!), but they did!! That is the difference, highest level of quality is important to them as well. Professional, Professional and very, very Skilled! Do not hesitate to hire this awesome team!! I doubt you will find better!!”

“Chris did a great job with our kitchen remodel. He was very communicative, punctual and professional during the process. His crew was careful and respectful of our home, laying mats to protect our floors and clearing areas before working. He adapted easily to plan changes and the schedule of our countertop installers. Our job involved installing a base cabinet, a tile backsplash, upper cabinet valences/lighting and associated plumbing. He brought in licensed Electricians to perform all electrical work. He provided solid advice on products and referred us to his suppliers which helped save $$. The valence work was well done, there were some challenging corners because of the builders use of cover pieces but he made them all look good, he ran LED strip lighting under our cabinets and hid all wiring behind false panels that matched perfectly, and used false panels to hide bulky electrical in-cabinet plugs giving it a clean look, the tile work was very well done (straight set) and it looks great.”
