“I wanted to do a small remodel on my guest bath by removing the tub and creating a nice walk in shower with luxury amenities. Fackler had previously done a number of small handy man type work for me and I had no hesitancy asking them to do a larger project. My next project will be with Fackler too. In 2023, we needed to replace windows on our beach house he was the only person we contacted. His workmanship and attention to detail is incredible. “We bought a house built by Curtis Homes, LLC. From the start, we felt our satisfaction was Curtis Homes' #1 priority. Curtis Homes worked with us on finalizing the plan to meet our needs and wants. We were involved in the process from start to finish with weekly walk-throughs and Curtis Homes was always available to answer any question. We are extremely pleased with the quality of construction and that a lot of the standard features of the house would actually be considered upgrades by other home builders. The home was also built in the time-frame stated by Curtis Homes (which is rare with home builders). After we moved in, Curtis Homes has been diligent with "fine-tuning" those little details that exist in every new house. It has been a pleasure working with Curtis Homes and we love our new house.”

“In 2005, my Wife and I relocated back to the Vancouver area from florida. We were in the market for a one level house and very few were available or at least not the suited our needs. We were introduced to Fazzolari Custom Homes. John worked with us in locating a lot and then worked with my Wife and I in developing the floor plan that we wanted. John and his crew continued to work with us all through the building process on any changes. As an example, We were visiting the building site on this one day while the framing was in process. The crew just happened to be framing one of the bathrooms in one of the master bedrooms (there are two) and were laying out the shower area. My Wife and I left the site and went to a local restaurant for lunch and my Wife said she wasn't sure she liked the shower design and she did a few quick sketches on a napkin. We went back to the house and showed the changes to Johns Forman and even though the original design had been started he pulled up the framing ,laid out the new changes my Wife had sketched on the napkin. Now that won't happen with the average builder. We would recommend John Fazzolari for any project you may be planning. You won't be disappointed.”
