“Called them to install 4 doors on a rental property I had recently acquired. Ended up giving them 32 more to install. Had them also paint the interior of the building. Overall the job was done quickly and I was satisfied with the end result. Very professional and chill guys. They quoted me for lower than other companies so I was a bit skeptical at first, once I saw the four doors completed, I had no problem giving them more work. Highly recommend.”

“My wife and I have secured the services of Damasco for a number of projects inside and outside our home over the last eighteen months. From longer and more complex jobs like cornice repair, cement work, facade insulation, vinyl siding and new window installation to tasks like painting, plumbing and even electrical work, the company delivered time and time again. Jobs were invariably completed on time, on or under budget and with the utmost professionalism. Special attention was always paid to cleanliness and noise, which, as parents of a baby/infant, we greatly appreciated. This is a company you can depend on. When we recently put our house on the market, we realised we needed to cover the circuit box and a tangle of wires in our basement. Damasco took care of it on short notice and built a sturdy, attractive box to hide it all. Just one small example of many. We highly, highly recommend Damasco!”

“I was referred to J. Collins construction by a trusted real estate agent and felt Josh would be a good choice for my project. He converted my 100 year old cottage that had previously been a duplex back into a duplex. This involved building a new kitchen, remodeling a second kitchen, building a new bathroom, changing 2 exterior doors and rebuilding a crumbling basement entrance among many other things. He completed this large project in 10 weeks and was always available to resolve issues that arose and help make decisions to get the most value out of dollars spent. They are also easy to work with as sometimes additional trades people or other services needed to be coordinated. I was able to live in my house throughout the entire project and efforts were made to keep the living part reasonably functional. I was so happy with the team and the way they worked that I recommended them to my sister who has already happily completed 2 large projects with J. Collins Construction. Nine months after completion, when I had a question about some water damage I noticed, Josh was responsive and quickly investigated and repaired the problem.”

“We just recently finished a major condo renovation with Jordan Pascal of Studio Design Construction and we couldn’t be happier. The apartment is in a building that dates back to 1982 and had never been updated. We basically gutted it and re modelled everything. Jordan was amazing! Not only does he really know the construction business but he uses impeccable trades people that were 100% reliable and never cut corners. One of the many notable things about Jordan is that he has incredible design talent and made much of the difficult process of selecting finishing materials and design characteristics simple and easy. His creative flair is unparalleled in a contractor and we highly recommend him for any construction or renovation project! We love, love, love our new modern apartment!”
