Their options are many and varied. They also worked with me each time to select installation dates that worked with my schedule. Each time, the workers appeared on time and completed the jobs as expected without breaking or harming or destroying anything. “Good communication. They come out to your house with tons of samples so you can see what everything will look like right in your home. I was indecisive in the planning stage (I hadn't even decided on the type of floor!) and the sales rep was very patient and helpful, and priced out several different options for me. When I brought up a minor issue after installation they were very eager to fix it and quick in sending someone out. The price was a little more than I wanted to pay, but the level of service was worth it.”
