“I was building a garage and needed a drawing for the county to approve my building permit. Steve was very helpful and understanding as I was trying to get things updated quickly to get the permit. Steve was able to make all the updates needed quickly and make it look exactly how I wanted for the county to approve the building permit. Very easy to work with, on time and within budget. Steve was fantastic, in fact I am planning on using him again for anther project I hope to put in later this fall or early next year.”

“Jenny Pippin of Pippin Home Designs can design anything. ...from huge homes to small ones. She listens to her clients, designs liveable homes and takes advantage of any and all views. She is highly capable, artistic and yet reasonable. She designed our home about 20 years ago and I wouldn't change a thing. It's on a sloping lot with only a small section that is flat for the house's footprint. It was a winner from plan to inception. I still love and live in every square foot.”

“The whole team is professional, knowledgeable and outstanding customer service. The handle inspection and securing there was no mold, gotta love that. After a toilet malfunction we woke up to a small river in our bathroom. Their team not only did a quote but was impressed with the video used give a full understanding of the remolding process. The prices was reasonable but I am opting for outstanding work over price, after all I have to keep this bathroom forever.”

“Annette is amazing at what she does. She not only ensures her work is as exact as it can possibly be... she also goes above and beyond by assisting when difficult issues with other contractors and or structural issues as well. I recommend her highly as she is prompt, fair with her pricing and always available should you have a question. She also is someone who likes to come see the job after it's finished so she can see how her plans worked out. Amazing and outstanding designer and person! Will call back again for future projects and have recommended her already to my neighbor! Excellent!”

“BAAS construction did a fantastic job updating my mid-90's bathrooms. The super-responsive team always got back to us immediately whether it was voice, text or e-mail. Project changes were handled seamlessly and the pricing was very competitive given how excellent the final work was. “My wife and I purchased a home on Lake Norman 14 years ago knowing that one day we would turn it into something special. Over the course of owning the home we did a few little projects like remodeled the pool, resurfaced the docks, added a screen porch, built an outdoor kitchen and bar, etc. When we finally got serious about doing our inside remodel we called Mike Shalvoy with Patrick Joseph Destinctive Homes. I meet Mike through a mutual friend that used Mike and his team to build their house. After meeting with Mike a couple times we felt like he understood our vision, goals and budget. Seven months later we couldn't be more happy with the results. We completely gutted the inside of our home down to the studs. We took out walls to open the floor plan, raised ceilings and created a huge kitchen and entertaining area. All new water lines, electrical, insulation, sheet rock, doors and the list goes on. We have a completely new home on the inside that looks amazing.”

“I hired Chad Goodin's firm to build a 3,600 sq ft, 2-story, custom lakefront home on Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC. This scope of the project included demolition through new construction. The project was completed on time. I found Chad, himself, and his entire team to be highly professional, competent and communicative. I was always made to feel like their top priority. A couple of minor follow-up items that have popped up after the CO was issued have been promptly taken care of, which speaks volumes about the integrity of Chad, his employees and his relationship with his subcontractors. I would definitely endorse this firm.”
