“We are currently working with DDS on a significant exterior project that includes; roof, siding, masonry, and landscape design and we could not be happier with the services that are being provided! The attention to detail and professionalism is unparalleled. We have had several contractors provide us estimates and simply hand us a catalog to select materials with no guidance whatsoever. Edwin approached the project from an artistic point of view and was able to provide us with an image of what the house would look like upon completion which literally took all of the guess work out of the equation. Their team of contractors are very mild mannered and approachable and take the extra time each day to clean up and leave the work area spotless. “Foster Architecture does beautiful and well-conceived work. His approach to problem solving is both professional and calm. My project was a renovation of a 1970’s builder’s contemporary that was visually disorganized inside and out. Foster re-organized and balanced the spaces, completely transforming the interior and exterior with small aesthetic changes throughout, while integrating the building into the surrounding land, giving the house an up-to-date 21st Century look and quality. Foster’s knowledge of the aesthetic use of materials is comprehensive and creative. I highly recommend his work and look forward to working with him again in the future.”

“We engaged Creative Build Interior Design right after we started our new construction. We have been working with designer Melissa for kitchen design, color (exterior and interior) selection, vanity selection, light fixture, tile design/selection, hardware selection and etc. for the whole house. Melissa has provided very professional and valuable advice during the whole project and made our life much easier. She quickly helped us to find out our style (we often do not realize what we really like) and found something that fits our style and also in the right trend. We become more and more rely on Melissa's taste and advice. Melissa always stays on top of things and does things in the right order. She is very passionate about the work and often goes beyond the initial scope of the work to make sure that we get all the advise we need. The house turns out to be great and we reality love it! We received a lot of compliments from all the people who worked there and friends who stopped by. Everyone told me that they like the colors, kitchen, lights and everything. The house looks elegants and different from the spec houses on the market. We are thankful that we engaged Creative Build Interior Design for our new house and we felt we are lucky to work with Melissa. I would recommend their company and Melissa to my friends.”

“I used this company for a bathroom remodel 2 years ago and now, for a living rm/dining rm hardwood floor installation and remodel. The work is outstanding, the workers show up on time and are trustworthy. During the bathroom remodel, the contractor was able to help design the area to maximize both the space as well as the finished look. My floor refinishing project is on time and looks great.”
