“We hired McCartney Improvement Company to build our new house. The project began in November, 2011 and was completed in May, 2012. We were very pleased with the entire process and with the way the finished product turned out. Dave was involved every step of the way; helping us select a lot and design the house to putting on the finishing touches. He also ensured the project was completed by our deadline and within our budget. In my opinion, the thing that separates Dave (and his team of professionals) from other contractors in the area is the quality of work and the attention to detail. They are committed to making sure the customer is satisfied. If we decide to build a new house or do any remodeling projects in the future, I would gladly hire McCartney Improvement Company again.”

“A year ago May I purchased a new home that was stripped to the studs and subfloor. It needed every kind of trade imaginable to get right. I got referred to Jonas from my awesome architect Drew Dasso. I first hired Jonas to completely reframe my entire first floor including putting in a couple pocket doors a new office some doorways and everything in between. He worked extremely hard for a couple weeks to make sure everything was exactly where it was supposed to be for my design to work. Along the way as you can imagine I encountered many other problems that came up he was more than willing to help and gave some great advice to help solve these problems. After that I had him set all my kitchen cabinets , bath vanities and crown molding which definitely needed an expert to make right. Towards the end of the project I hired him to set my doors and do all my trim carpenter needs, and let me tell you there was a lot of both. After a couple more weeks of Jonas working his tail off my project was finished April 7. As happy as I was to see him leave he was one of my favorite contractors I hired throughout this year long process. Lee Zeglin”

“Oak Tree Homes completed a remodel and addition onto our old farm house (built in the 1800's). We also had them draw up a recommendation/design, which was different (and much better) than our original thoughts. Dan and all of his employees were very easy to work with, approached the project with organization and detail, and overall we were very happy with the project from start to finish. They promised to complete our project quickly, and stuck to that promise. We would recommend them and have them do work again!”

“Silver Creek Construction came out to my house in New Liberty Iowa to repair some water damage. Its an old farm house and years of neglect had left its exterior cedar siding in disrepair. Josh did an exellent job. He was here on time and each day I could clearly see progress. He was able to source exactly the right replacement lumber. When the job called for more reapirs in some places he made sure he contacted me first to make sure I was aware what had to be done and why. I liked him and his professionalism so much that I immediately referred him to my mother. He consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that his work will stand the test of time. I will definitely contact him for my future projects.”

“Don did a lot of projects for us in two homes. Storage in attic, two kitchens, one bathroom. He was reliable and I have never had any contractor clean up after his work than Don Probably cleaner than when he started. We moved away or would still be using him. Don is a good guy!”
