“My wife and I fell in love with one of Greg's floor plans. The quality of the materials used, the designs, and especially the attention to detail were big selling points for us. Greg Senger was a very kind, very understanding and, most helpful during the pre-job planning. He assisted us in every way we could have needed. As this was our first custom built house, we didn't really know what we were getting into. Picking everything from tile back splash, carpet, paint color, trim color, etc... seemed mind blowing. But, it really was fun and easy and a lot of the ease is thanks to all the support from Greg during the entire process. What really surprised me most was when our concrete driveway was pored, Greg was there in the days after with the garden hose keeping it wet, in order for the concrete to cure harder. It may seem kind of like a pointless detail, but it was all part of this amazing experience of building our first home. After our home was built, Greg didn't just move to his next project and forget about us. He checked in on us and made sure we were happy with everything and that there weren't any problems. The few details we needed addressed were taken care of in a timely manner. There isn't anything else that my wife or I could have asked for. This company is great at communicating what they plan on doing, They are very skilled in there trade, many times throughout our project we ran into unexpected changes due to the age " built in 1965" of our home, with remodels plus we got a guy who was a licensed Electrician, Finish carpenter, and has done HVAC for 10 years. with all these surprises I'm so glad we chose Remodels plus to do our remodel. They were helpful with different ideas and basic planning of our entire house project, from estimating the cost of a section of the project so we could decide if it would add the value we wanted to our home. we also did some of the work ourselves and on the weekend we would have a few unexpected problems, we could call Nathan and he would run out to rescue or consult us at no charge, you can view the bathroom that got remodeled, and the ceiling that was sagging from its age got a new custom look. we would have to go to work on weekdays and we trusted the crews working on our home, we never had any problems trusting them to be working in our home while we were not there, I have a few more project we are planning for next spring and Remodels Plus will Definitely be the contractor we choose. In the past it has been challenging to find someone who was experienced in remodels, "and who could also build a house from scratch" to come and do high quality work. without emptying the pocket book.”
