“Scott Borcherding of the Bergland & Cram firm of Mason City did the interior design restoration work on Frank Lloyd Wright's Park Inn Hotel. A citizens' group had the building restored; the firm won a major national historic preservation award last fall. The hotel is beautiful, reminiscent of FLW's Dana Thomas House in Springfield, Illinois--both are Prairie Style. The project involved the restoration of 62 stained glass windows and hotel rooms.”

He is very knowledgeable of construction and understands very well how things are built, this understanding has helped us to come up with solutions that allow me as a contractor to stay on budget as well as resolve project difficulties within budget.
