“Dovetail Construction performed a complete remodel of our home, (See Spring Creek home photos on Dovetails site) a challenge made more difficult by the fact that we lived 1200 miles away. Their budgets were practical and accurate, communications were detailed, timely and concise, their construction schedule was adhered to, and move in happened as planned in April. It was a "can do" attitude through out the entire project. Dovetail is: *Craftsmanship, communication, pride, service, and commitment, made possible by Tim R. and Kevin S. professional construction educations in civil engineering and construction management, prior work experiences, life long friendship and their commitment to their clients. They are the real McCoy. I had been a commercial construction executive for 30 years and have experienced much. It has been a pleasure working with Dovetail. Companies like theirs are hard to find.”

“I was the interior designer on this project and worked closely with their project managers and the client. I did most of the work long distance, via the internet, so good communication was essential. Their staff was excellent and the quality of construction exceeded expectations. The resulting project was published in the Big Sky Journal and won an ASID Award (MN chapter). Jerry Locati's style is mainly Western/Rustic, but I'm sure his talents go beyond that and his capabilities are broad. I would recommend them with the highest possible ratings!”

Lindsey Love has been our primary contact on this job and she is a pleasure to work with, patient, calm and persistent. Lindsay Schack was also involved with all aspects of the project although we didn't see her in person as much. We look forward to building our 1360 sq. foot home ! “In order to build the house that I wanted it required first demolishing my existing home and starting over from scratch, including brand new everything (and I mean everything)! When I initially thought about the daunting task at hand it was almost too much for me and I started leaning towards purchasing a new “cookie cutter” house and told myself I would be happy with it. During my first consultation with Lindsay, it became instantly apparent she was the architect to help me realize our dream home. It was also the first of many cliffs she walked me down from and assured me everything was going to be great. I am a business owner and have a family. Like many reading this, I do not have extra time and do not need extra stress. Can you believe she actually made this experience enjoyable? Lindsey was with us every step of the way, from the initial design to the first glass of wine in our beautiful new home. Not only does she have an amazing mind as an architect, her knowledge in the construction industry added to her meticulous approach to the process.
