“New Explode Construction Saved the Project! I don't write many reviews and did so this time because Sebastian Micle, Owner of New Explode Construction, went above and beyond the call of duty. I tried to save money on some electrical work as well as a kitchen & bathroom remodel. The original contractors made many mistakes and left the place a mess. I had a tight deadline and New Explode came in and fixed all the work and then proceeded to perform several other improvements to my condo. Sebastian stands apart from most of the contractors I have worked with because he has the highest integrity and will always give you a fair and honest assessment of the situation. More importantly, his word is his bond and he always stands behind his work. I give him my unconditional recommendation and will be using him for my projects in the future. During construction, Steve was incredibly responsive, oversaw every detail, inspired and encouraged creative ideas, and was always positve; he never cracked under the pressure we put on him. Steve's wife, Susan, was especially helpful in filtering for us the abundance of design choices and selections that go into a custom home. We could not have devoted the time to the selection and design process without Susan's tireless assistance and artistic input. “We began working with Janet Frasca of The Walker Group in early 2015 on some home modernization projects and have worked with her extensively over the past year on renovating our entire home after a house fire. Janet has skillfully guided us through projects that range from selecting fixtures, paint colors, flooring, bathroom tile, furniture, window treatments, and accessories, to working as our general contractor to reconfigure room layouts and oversee jobs like crown, kitchen cabinet, and light fixture installation, and painting the entire first level of our home. A natural born leader and innovator, Janet has confidently and efficiently led all of our projects and at the same time has never been above working with us on the nitty gritty details.
