“Cameo Homes has recently built our home. The company is run by three bothers and a father. We are building a custom home so it has been a process. They are always available when needed. They have lined thereselves with excellent subcontractors. There building standards are very strict. We designed a home that is different from other houses they have built. We have faced some challenges, but in the end we have a marvelous home. They are very knowledgeable on the entire building process. They have been in business for years and built many homes in the North Salt Lake area, and Park City. A custom home can be difficult to build because it is hard to define budgets completely because of all the customer selections. We were over budget so when building a custom home communication is the most important part of building a home.”

“I worked with Ryan at Ensign Custom Home to build our family home in Lehi, and it couldn't have been a better experience. He was there every step of the way answering question after question after question, proposing recommendations one after the other to keep us on budget and deadline and did so with a great attitude (despite my stress and ever-changing ways). I can't say I've worked with many builders, but in speaking with many friends who have built with other builders or even remodeled their basements, Ryan was by far more hands on and responsive.
