“Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“Troy and Mick were respectful & professional while spending the better part of 8 months in our home renovating our upstairs to create a walk-in closet and playroom area, replacing our railings & bannisters, while also finishing our basement. Pricing was done on an hourly basis. Custom work was completed on a featured reclaimed barnwood wall and walnut bar top as well as the railings & bannisters.”

“Armada Design & Build handled the remodel of our office space. They were punctual, professional and extremely proficient. They have a quality work ethic and execute contracts and deadlines in a timely fashion. We had a small window from the time we relocated until our doors opened. They, not only, completed the job with an exceptional level of charisma, tenacity and zeal but with excellent customer service. They set a good standard for construction companies regarding attention to detail and communication. Would recommend and will be contacting them again soon.”

“Reg Willing and his team at Urban Restoration did an amazing job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. He completed the project on time, stayed on budget and was a pleasure to work with. As it was my first experience with a remodel he talked me through the planning and gave me a detailed schedule of the work to be done including the timeline. His employees were easy to have in my home. Based on our first experience, we decided to hire Urban Restoration again when we wanted to remodel our backyard deck and again we were totally satisfied. We will continue to use Reg Willing and Urban Restoration for any future home projects.”

“Renovation design for our 1910 crumbling craftsman - updated the look while preserving craftsman character. Punched out the roofline to create a dramatic front porch that casts lighting into a beautiful cedar ceiling you can see from a block away. We have the most unique craftsman on the block that is both beautiful and functional. Highly recommend!!”

“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. I had bought all the materials and the local Schleuter dealer recommended J&C Contractors. J&C complied with all my requests with professionalism and respect. “As part of a backyard renovation project I designed in a unique tree house for the customer's children. Access was challenging. Building a kid-friendly tree house that mimics the home's architecture in the canopy of three large Douglas fir trees is not something a contractor does every month (or year!). Brian was detailed, creative and very well-composed through all the issues that arise in building such a unique feature. I look forward to utilizing Brian's skills on future creative projects.”

“We have done 2 remodels with Potter Construction. The last was very complicated involving many engineering challenges adding a second story to a house not designed to cary the load. While difficult and with us living in the house too Potter Construction made a successfully completed our house which we get many compliments on. Many have said it does not look like an addition but looks like it has always been that way. That was a major concern of ours and a design priority. Potters design staff and crew litterally worked out a plan in and around us to give us our dream house. they are up to difficult challenges. Highly recommended.”
