“My wife and I had DM Dykstra install a new Carrier High Efficiency Furnace and Air Conditioning system nearly 5 Years ago. They were not only very neat and professional, but the system the Comfort Specialist help us select more than addressed all of our concerns. In summary, we had a difficult time cooling the second floor (usually 8-10 degrees warmer in summer). After being educated on Variable Speed operating furnaces and two-stage air conditioners, we chose to go that route. The installers also popped in a couple dampers that allow me to control the air flow from the 1st to 2nd floor. We also learned about a great product called Aeroseal which allowed us to seal all the leaks in our duct system by injecting a sealant. Finally, we had DM Dykstra add another 12 inches or so of Owens Corning insulation in the attic as the last step. When all was said and done, it was like living in a new home. You couldn't even tell when the system was on and the temperature on the second floor was actually cooler than the first floor depending on the damper settings. Not too mention the best part, which was our utility bills dropped 40-50% from what they were averaging with the Builder's system (which was only 1.5 years old). Love it!”

“Dave and his co-worker came by to clean my condenser coil under the deck. The previous owner never cleaned it before (they never cleaned anything else either). It took them a couple hours since the casing was so difficult to take off and to reassemble. The coil was terribly congested with caked on dirt They added refrigerant also. They charged $80 for the refrigerant and $80 for their labor. Now, our AC unit works phenomenal (for over 6 weeks already). Can stand near the diffusers (registers) since the air is that cold! Glad I know these guys. The unit is over 20 years old and works better than new units I have seen in operation.”

“We had our furnace replaced by Duct Professor, if you are looking for a company that comes in replaces your furnace and leaves don't call these guys. If you are looking for a person to walk you through every aspect of replacing your furnace and the best options for your home. Someone to answer all your questions no matter how trivial, these guys are the ones to call. Replacing a furnace is a big investment and I wanted someone I could rely on, with these guys I hit the jack pot. I know we will be calling them to maintain our investment. For our home it is important to be able to trust someone coming into our home and doing the best job and that they did. They were very detail oriented, made sure every thig fit just right and cleaned up after they were done , like no one was even here. We even had our water heater replaced and that along with furnace and air conditioner we are worry free knowing we have someone to rely on for all our heating and cooling needs. Call Duct Professors well worth it.”
