Bathroom Remodeling Contractors Near Deer Park

“I could not be happier with my experience working with Klein Kitchen & Bath. From start to finish, the craftsmanship was exceptional and the entire project was handled with an impressive level of organization and care. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the team’s professionalism truly stood out. The gentleman responsible for obtaining all of the permits managed the entire process from beginning to end with remarkable efficiency, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and well-controlled. Any issues that arose — and there were very few — were addressed immediately and with a real sense of urgency. Communication was clear, and I always felt confident that everything was being handled properly, even when I didn’t know what questions to ask. The end result is a kitchen I am beyond thrilled with. Everyone who comes into my home is completely blown away and cannot believe the transformation. I am so impressed with the quality of the work and the overall experience, and I would highly recommend Klein Kitchen & Bath to anyone considering a renovation. I never thought I would be so happy to be in my kitchen! So much so am thinking of having Klein Kitchen re do my bathroom! Adam???”

“We bought an apartment in Hell’s Kitchen and after much research selected KBR Design and Build to lay new floors and remodel the kitchen and bathroom. We knew little about the workings of NY condo ownership, so it was essential to have an experienced firm work with our building management to navigate the complicated process of submitting drawings, securing permits, and addressing legal and practical issues. KBR did this work effectively. Having a contractor and designer who worked well together in the same office made it possible for the design and renovation to be done in NYC while we were across the country. Early on, our designer Edison was most responsive in his almost daily communications. He presented us with choices based on what we were seeking and then helped us to finalize selections. The kitchen backsplash was his idea, and it is one of the prettiest aspects of the remodel. He also listened when we said we didn't like something he suggested and came back with something we did. There may have been some measurement issues along the way but given the distance it is hard to know exactly what went wrong, and in the end, everything was resolved to our satisfaction. But the lead contractor Chris O is really why this is a 5 star review. From the moment he was assigned to our project, nearly all concerns we had were addressed quickly and things went smoothly. We are VERY picky, and he made sure that every single thing on our punch list was attended to. All of the walls - even closets - were painted. When a subcontractor or worker was sloppy or forgot to do something (and this did happen) Chris made sure that they came back and made it right. We ordered very expensive custom kitchen cabinets that were not installed to our liking and Chris worked with the company to ensure that the work was redone properly, even being onsite when they returned to make certain it was right. He is a skilled communicator and good person who we enjoyed working with. He himself returned long after the work was complete to install door stops and quiet the shower door squeak. We ordered a custom shower drain cover which didn’t work with the existing drain, and Chris went the extra mile to have it machine fabricated so it would function correctly. The whole of the renovation took about a month or 6 weeks longer than what they estimated which seemed like a win given how renovations often go. We love the apartment and the work that KBR did for us.”

“We had two of our bathrooms in our New York apartment done by MyHome Renovations. The process took about 7 1/2 months from contract signing to completion. Admittedly longer than I thought it would be but we are new to New York City renovations and had no idea of what was involved to make it all happen. That aside, all the people we worked with were wonderful. Ben was our initial contact. He came to our apartment and we discussed the project. He was knowledgeable, friendly and got the proposal to us quickly. Rejla, our designer was a delight to work with. She was professional yet so approachable and considerate of my wishes. I had a vision for the bathrooms and she helped me realize them. She worked tirelessly to do all the things designers need to do to make it all happen. Sourcing was a challenge as I knew what I wanted and it wasn’t always easy to find them, but she was always there for me with her beautiful smile. She made me feel like I was her only client when I know she had many projects going on. Danny, our project manager was also pleasure to work with. Friendly, professional and caring. I felt like he was looking out for me in the best possible way. We had some delays along the way, but all in all it moved along. He went above and beyond when he needed to and kept the project moving. Goga and Otto were amazing along with the rest of the crew. Thank you all for making my dream come true. I can happily recommend MyHome Renovation!”
