“Doug and his team were great to work with. They got our project scheduled quickly and completed in a few days. They were easy to work with and affordable. I had to contact Doug several times and including once when I was at the tile store and he responded right away. I also made changes right before the project started and Doug was able to adjusted his plan to meet my request. We plan on doing more work in the future and will call Doug and his team again.”

“Having worked with Allen Kitchen and Bath for a number of years, either preparing Drawings for their Brookfield and Madison Retail Stores, solving Construction Structural Problems or just reviewing Existing Conditions at various Customer Residences, I have enjoyed my association with Gary and Laree immensely and have never once heard one of their Customers ever complain about their contacts with Allen Kitchen and Bath. “We had Ward Kitchen and Bath remodel our kitchen this past winter. We have a small kitchen and limited budget. Kim and Greg were great in designing a kitchen that worked not only for our budget but also fit the character of our entire home. They communicated easily with us and kept up updated on all details. Kim was incredibly helpful in helping us navigate the remodeling world and her design suggestions were perfect for us. Greg is a fantastic contractor and really conscientious of details and problem solving. We enjoyed working with Ward K & B for this project and hope to work with them again in the future.”

“Doug did a masterful, whole house, job for us in 2009. He began by installing a pull-down attic stair so we could access this storage space more easily; he finished our basement which included sectioning off a storage/workbench area by creating a separate room, building amazing shelving to accommodate the most intense but organized packrat; he painted the entire interior of the house, remodeled the kitchen and downstairs powder room which included laying a tile floor, widened and installed arched doorways in the downstairs of our previously faceless '70s box of a house, along with beautiful crown molding in the living and dining rooms, and installing an entire wall of BIBCs in the living room. He removed a hideous built in sideboard and replaced it with a lovely large double window in the dining room. The most impactful aspect of this job though was removing all soffits in the kitchen, and cutting the cabinets back from two foot depth to standard one foot, which added a food of floor space to the kitchen. He removed a peninsula counter and added a bi-level island. We were working with the idea of making the house more accessible as well for a wheelchair-bound family member and succeeded. He then wanted the new frig to be sunk into the cabinets as in built-in, but that required punching through to the room on the backside of the kitchen which is the living room running the length of the front of the house from the front door. The result was moving that long wall dividing the front of the house from the back, and artfully creating a nook in the living room for a treasured chest, and because the dining room is on that wall, it enlarged the dining room as well. He added an arch between the dining room and living room, giving a more artful and defined sense to these two rooms. Doug came recommended by a friend, and he has done masterful work in her house as well. Thank you Doug!!”
