“The Virginia Bath Company completed the renovation of our 1958 dormer bathroom and did an outstanding job! I wish I had known about Rich and his brother Mike when we renovated our other bathroom several years ago! I can say, without any reservations, you must hire them if you are considering bathroom renovation. Rich provided a fair and reasonable estimate compared to other contractors. He gave us a start and completion date, and he was able to complete our project in that timeframe because they do one project at a time. Rich is excellent at communicating, responding to emails very quickly. We always knew where we stood before and during the process. Rich connected us with reliable tile and fixture suppliers and was very helpful with guiding us through the selection process. His plumbing and electrical contractors did great work and were very efficient. Rich gave honest feedback on any of our questions. He is someone we could trust to give us the right advice. After the completion of each day’s work, Rich would review the work that had been done and what work would be done next. Rich and Mike cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Their attention to detail was incredible. They were able to easily switch our shower head to the opposite wall, so it was no longer on the slanted/dormer wall. They smoothed out areas of our plaster walls/ceiling until they were like new. They did amazing work laying out the tile with minimal and clean grout lines. They really provided their full attention to every detail. Our home is a generational family home. When our family and friends saw the transformation, it brought happy tears to their eyes! They took everything out of the half bath, tiled, new moldings, and set a new toilet. They also did the tile floor in my laundry room and put crown molding in.
