Every step of the project was well thought out and planned prior to execution thereby avoiding many of the problems encountered in this type of large project, especially in older homes like ours. He is one of the most thoughtful contractors we have ever worked with in that he tried to minimize the disruption of the project on our lives. His craftsmanship and carpentry skills are of the highest caliber, and most important to me, he was on the job site everyday. No subs, no strangers going in and out of my house. It was a complete overhaul of a tiled-to-shoulder-height 1950s bathroom, so demo to the studs was a major project in itself. All the craftsmen were polite, cooperative and skilled. They and Brian kept the project on schedule. The drywall team in particular were excellent, doing a great job despite the bad March weather that made things more challenging. Brian was responsive and communicated well as the project progressed. The price was very fair and reasonable for the quality job that was done. Bolger will absolutely be among the first I call for quotes on future projects and I recommend the company with confidence.”
