“We were looking for a contractor for my house in north York ON and I got a recommendation from a friend of mine who hired meraki home services before and they were very satisfied. But I was not sure so I kept looking for others but I encountered this company from on line as well. So I thought we are meant be and hired. Jumping to conclusion we are very happy with his work through out my entire house. We spent like almost 150 k and I love his quality work. He was honest and very proud of his work. We did a long opening removing structural wall in kitchen and his architectural study background got us a lot of knowledge of load bearing walls. We did proper renovation. “I would highly recommend Royal hardwood refinishing to do your floors. We just had porcelain tile laid in the front Breezeway as well as the kitchen and then we had hardwood laid in our family room dining room and bedroom. They were professional, hard-working, and on time.. every time. The quality of work and detail put into the finished product was seamless. My husband and I are both so happy with the choice that we made and would definitely use their services again and recommend them to our friends and family”

“When engaging a contractor, you always hope to find someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, and reasonably priced. Finding the right one can be a challenge sometimes, especially during Covid. We found Kevor on HomeStars and took a chance with him. He did not disappoint from the start to finish. From the start, he was very honest with his scope of work associated with the pricing and schedule. We engaged Kevor’s team to renovate our Kitchen and foyer’s tiles. We also seek his helps to install our new range hood and coordinate the installation of our new kitchen countertop. Although the project was on the smaller side, Kevor treated us with respect and care. He is knowledgeable and takes pride in delivering a quality project on time. To be completely honest, at first, I was worried that we would be an afterthought for him because of the size of our reno. We want quality at a reasonable budget. He reassured us many time to not worry about timing, deadline, quality and budget because he wants to make sure we are satisfy at the end. He really kept his promises. “We wanted to update and renovate our ensuite bathroom last year and we searched around for a reputable company to do the work. We found HQ Construction & Supplies and when we went to get some information and consultation Ed was very helpful, courteous and friendly. He had an array of floor and wall tiles and vanities and we liked that he had staged bathrooms on site. Once we chose our colours and supplies, Ed promptly provided quotes and a reasonable timeline. During construction, he was diligent in maintaining a clean environment and made sure that the area was tidy when the workers left. He came every day to inspect and make sure the work was on schedule and done accordingly. When a times a few problems arose (hidden pipes) Ed was quickly to respond and explain the situation and the detours that needed to happen.We were very happy with the outcome.”
