“Samantha, of Big C Lumber, has been a great help during the construction of our new home. Although we had a well established layout, she pointed out many important details that were critical in making our kitchen a success. We also recently explored multiple cabinet options for the pantry and laundry, as an add-on to the original project. Samantha has always been prompt in responding to our request for information and quotes via email or on the phone. During the course of the project Samantha moved from Big C's store South Bend, IN office to the Eau Claire, MI facility but you would not known it from a customers view...... it was seamless. I highly recommend Samantha and Big-C for your home projects.”

“Kitchens Etc. remodeled our kitchen in 2011 and has just finished remodeling our master bath. We feel they did an excellent job, were easy and accommodating to work with. They were very good about staying on schedule, which we appreciated, and their crew was top notch! What a nice group of people....being very respectful to us, the homeowner, and it was evident they liked one another and enjoy their jobs. This was our first experience with a professional remodel, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The final product is beautiful (both kitchen and master bath). I would recommend them to anyone!”

“We are currently in the middle of a major renovation of a house on Austin Lake. Our builder gave me a couple of choices for windows and kitchen/bath design. I chose Hannapel Home Center after meeting their kitchen/bath designer and listening to her ideas. In addition to the kitchen and master bath we put in 20+ new windows. They had some great ideas that really enhanced what was in my minds eye. The windows are in and we couldn't be more pleased. The kitchen won't be installed for a few more weeks (plumber and sheetrock need to be finished) but I have complete confidence we will be equally pleased. I found everyone at Hannapel to be friendly, helpful, and very patient with my questions. I especially was impressed with Terri the kitchen and bath designer who was able to design within my budget and was extremely knowledgable.”
